Dan Kost — Founder & Managing Director
Dan Kost is a service-disabled veteran and serial entrepreneur who founded DAKDAN Worldwide as a dynamic consultancy and brand-building holding company. With expertise spanning sports and entertainment, Esports, manufacturing, advertising, real estate, government contracting, and technology, Dan has built a nationwide network of professionals delivering integrated solutions to clients across every industry.
Under his leadership, DAKDAN has grown to include over 97 family brands, processes 2,000+ interns annually, and maintains a 75%+ military-to-civilian employment success rate through strategic workforce development programs.
Dan began building revenue systems in sports and entertainment as early as 1980 before expanding into digital media and technology platforms around 2000. In 2018, he formalized the DAKDAN Worldwide holding company, consolidating four decades of brands and business ventures. DAKDAN achieved official Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) certification in July 2024 and became an approved DoD SkillBridge partner for military transition programs in 2025.
